What is it?
A new virtual competition in 2021! Help us celebrate the 2020-2021 High Plains ski season with this exciting end of season event. There will be virtual races and fun contests held throughout the 3rd week of March.
Where is it?
Anywhere! This is a completely virtual event.
Speed Events and Competitions
- Fastest 1km
- Fastest 5km
- Most vert climbed in one hour
- Top Speed (on nordic skis)
- Furthest distance skied in one day
- Furthest distance skied in the week
Fun Events and Competitions (to be voted on by all hp members at the end of the week)
- Best pattern on your strava map
- Best Costume
- Oldest/Most Retro Gear
- Most create skiing location (must submit photo evidence)
- Choose your own adventure (whatever you want) - most creative wins
When is it?
Week Long Competition: March 21st - 28th
Completion Period - Sunday March, 21nd though Saturday March 27th
- Look out for daily social media blasts from the High Plains Instagram
Closing Ceremony via Zoom - Sunday 28th 7pm MST - Include Season Long HP Awards
How are we going to do it?
All results will be submitted through the google form linked below require proof with a photo -(strava map screen shot, time and distance from your watch, etc.)

Submissions will be made viewable by all participants. At the end of the week all submissions will be ranked and winners announced at the closing ceremonies

High Plains Members: Free
Non-Members: $10 Suggested Donation
(All proceeds go to future skier development opportunities through High Plains)
Optional: High Plains Buff (Fees cover cost) - $22 bucks - ($20 for buff, $2 for shipping)
